For my final project in my first ever weaving course, I embarked on the creation of blanket scarves. My aspiration was to craft pieces that not only exude beauty but also serve a practical purpose for the colder months. This endeavor provided me with the opportunity to apply a variety of techniques acquired throughout the course, allowing me to highlight the rich textures and intricate patterns that weaving can offer. While the project presented its share of challenges, it truly became a labor of love, and I am profoundly satisfied with the final result.
